Harvest, deliveries and field work come from the weekly operations report kept by the farm managers; contracts from the sales register. Grain in storage is valued at today's market price, so it moves with the market until it is sold. Land rent paid in kind is shown as delivered to landowners and is no longer in storage.

How to read these figures
Source: the analytical trial balances of each group company, straight from accounting. Unaudited, before year-end closing entries. The net result is the balance of account 121; the change in finished goods stock is the difference between that result and the revenue and cost accounts.
The agricultural year here runs from 1 October to the last closed month. The calendar year is the statutory accounting year starting 1 January.
Harvest kept in stock is valued at cost, so unsold 2026 crop carries no margin yet. Margin appears when the crop is sold.
Companies are added up without eliminating intra-group services, rents and interest. Revenue and costs are therefore higher than on a consolidated basis; EBITDA and net result are almost unaffected.
EBITDA includes APIA subsidies, bank fees and gains on asset disposals.

Bank loans here are the balances of account 519 at the trial balance date. The Overview and Bank financing tabs show drawn amounts at the cash flow date, so the two differ by repayments, new drawdowns and the EUR rate in between.
Built from the closing balances of the trial balances, grouped by account class in a simplified layout. The combined view adds all group companies without eliminating balances between them, so receivables, amounts owed to affiliates and the balance sheet total are higher than on a consolidated basis.
Budget 2025–26
Budget against latest forecast
2026 harvest sales
Budget and forecast come from the group budget file (three farming companies: Holmera Agro, Câmpia Nouă, Teleagri), on the budget's own line structure. Booked results from the trial balances are on the Results tab; they follow accounting rules (stock at cost, sales of the previous harvest included), so they do not reconcile line by line with the budget.

Budgeted P&L
Crop plan, yields, prices and direct costs come from the agronomist's file. The full P&L (indirect costs, land lease, personnel, depreciation, interest) comes from the 2026–27 budget file, which reads its crop assumptions from the agronomist's file.
